La dimisión de un investigador reabre el debate sobre la seguridad de la IA
Pretérito perfecto compuesto
See how the main grammar pattern of NEWS-001 is used to talk about recent events.
Recent past connected with now
The pretérito perfecto compuesto is used to talk about past events that still have a connection with the present. That makes it especially useful for reporting recent news.
Del presente al pretérito perfecto compuesto
| Presente de indicativo | Pretérito perfecto compuesto |
|---|---|
| trabaja | ha trabajado |
| provoca | ha provocado |
| deja | ha dejado |
| explica | ha explicado |
| critica | ha criticado |
| advierte | ha advertido |
| se hace | se ha hecho |
| consigue | ha conseguido |
| recibe | ha recibido |
| afirma | ha afirmado |
| reabre | ha reabierto |
These are the verb forms used in the NEWS-001 context. They prepare the same Present → Present Perfect transformation that is practised later in the Substitution Drill.
